DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instances of items getting damaged in transit, please get in touch with us via email at support@themiragefashion.com or WhatsApp at +91 9998454790 within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
